Improve your ability to follow a sequence of moves in your head

These exercises helps you visualize a sequence of moves. You're shown a board position and then told the sequence of white and black moves. At the end of the move sequence, you will update the board to match the now current position. You can also follow the moves of an entire game with stops along the way to update the position or work with a specific set of pieces and follow their random movements.

The "Who's Guarding Whom" exercise was designed by a Russian coach to get students to visualize how piece interact with each other over a move sequence.
